How should I maintain my item?

For optimal results, we advise hand washing; however, you can also machine wash in cold or lukewarm water on a moderate cycle. Air drying is the best method for drying, but you can also use a low heat setting if necessary. To protect the fabric and needlework, please refrain from dry washing, bleaching, or wringing. The embroidery may appear slightly curled after the first wash; to straighten it out, just press it with an iron from the back. This blanket will continue to be lovely and soft for many years to come with the right maintenance.

Our products are designed and processed in BC, Canada.

 

What is the size of the embroidery?

Within the constraints of our hoops, we strive to make the embroidery as big as we can. The number of names or words and the selected font type determine how long the design is overall. The individual letters will be resized to perfectly fit within the available area when the name or content is longer.

 

How can I order?

Before placing your order, please take a moment to review our font and thread colour charts by swiping left on the main product image. Please note that actual thread and blanket colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences.
When filling out the personalization box, include the name exactly as you’d like it embroidered, along with the font number and thread colour number.
If no font or thread colour is specified, we will select the most popular options for you.

 

How can I confirm that my order has been received?

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order, which will include a summary of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, a second email will be sent with tracking details and a link to follow your shipment.
 
 

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out within 3 hours of placing it. After that time, your order may already be in production and can no longer be cancelled.

 

What should I do if I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address at checkout?

We can update the mailing address for you if your order hasn't shipped yet. We'll make the adjustment as soon as we can if you email us (shopbebelleca@gmail.com) with your order number and the right shipping address.

What happens if my package is lost or shipped to the wrong address?
 
 Once the shipping company picks up your order and it leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for delivery timing or status. Please note that orders marked as "delivered" in the tracking information are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
